The Sports and education centre - the rough superstructure

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the technology of rough upper stage of construction of The Sport and education centre in Petrovice. The building has two floors. Outer and inner walls are made of brick system. Internal pillars and ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The work content is a technological regulation, technical reports, site equipment, mechanical design assembly, budget, timing plan, control and testing plan, work safety and environmental protection.
Solution of the construction-technological phase of the substructure of the fire station building in Brno

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological phase of the substructure of the fire station. It is a four-storey building without a basement, which is located on a sloped ground near the Brno dam. The individual floors are designed as receding with dominant terraces on the side of the dam. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a system of waterproof concrete foundations supplemented by external waterproofing of PVC foil. The building is based on the base plate. The work contains a technical report of the object, a closer and broader situation of transport relations, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for the implementation of the waterproof concrete foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, control and test plan, safety and health at work, then a variant assessment of construction machinery.
Post office

The aim of my diploma thesis is to design and make out a design documentation to show the look of new post office building. The plot is located in the cadastral area of Lesná and the parcel numbers are 1344/1, 1344/3, 1344/4 and 1345. The building is located on a flat terrain. The building consists of two above-ground floors and one underground floor. On the first floor are public areas, post offices and the background of the post office. On the second there is the office of the director, office of the representative, meeting room and facilities for the post office employees. In the underground floor there is technical equipment of the building, archive and storeroom of post office. The construction system is made in a combination of monolithic skeleton and ceramic bricks. It is designed with a flat roof wich is drained by with roof gullies.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is Preparation for rough superstructure object CEITEC in the technological park. The building has two floors. The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to design and make out a design documentation to show the look of the brand new apartment house. The plot is located in the cadastral area of Brno-Židenice and the parcel number is 7652/22. The building is located on a flat terrain. The building consists of five above-ground floors. On the first floor are social space, berths and garages. On the second and the third floor are two dwelling units and on the fourth floor are located two separate duplex apartments which are extended up to the fifth floor. In the building is six residential units, that are designed for families with four or five members. The construction system is made of ceramic bricks and the ceiling is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. It is designed with a flat roof wich is drained by with roof gully.
The technological stage of the lower building of the apartment house in Havlíčkův Brod

The content of this Bachelor thesis is preparation of realization of gross substructure of apartment house and row garages project in Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis includes a technical report focused on the given technological stage, construction situation with wider relations of the transport routes, technical drawing of the construction site equipment, scheme of earthworks and concreting, and technological regulations for earthworks and monolithic foundation structures. For these regulations, the control and test plans, machine set proposal, schedule, itemized budget with a bill of quantities, and safety and health protection at work are prepared.
Construction technology project of an apartment building in the Pod Svahy II locality in Uherské Hradiště

The goal of this master thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building in Uherske Hradiste. Specifically it is focused on the building SO 01. The thesis contains a technical report for the construction-technological project, the solution of construction logistics, the object time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a technological specifications for monolithic structures, an inspection and test plan for monolithic structures, a project of the construction site equipment, a timetable for the rough construction, a design of the machine assembly and its assessment, a plan for securing resources for the rough construction. There is also provided item budget including a bill of quantities and supporting statements, a BIM model of the rough construction facility, noise study, formwork drawings and detail.
Kindergarten Solivar

The goal of this diploma thesis is a design study and project documentation for a new-building of a kindergarten in a city of Prešov (city part Solivar), Slovakia. The kindergarten will be a institution for pre-school education for children from 3 to 6 years old. The projects of the kindergarten building consist of one classroom for children within the age from 3-4, one classroom, for children within the age from 4-5 and third classroom for children from 5-6 years old. The designed object also contains janitor’s room and closet, laundry room, director’s office and a community room for cultural happenings held by kindergarten. Parking spaces are designed outside, in front of the building next to the main entrance. The playground is placed on the south-west side. The building of a kindergarten is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton structure with longitudinal beams. The circumferential walls will be made of ceramic bricks with a contact thermal insulation ETICS system. Ceilings are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. Over the 2nd floor, there will be a saddle roof and the roof over the first floor will be flat, with a gravel layer. Foundings of the building are designed as a concrete strips which expand to pads under columns.
